Business Problem: An HRM application is required which can store the details of all the employees of the organization with complete details including the position held in the organization and reporting types.
Softwares evaluated: I evaluated the softwares located at google apps store, SAP application and Orange HRM provided by softaculous, X10. Out of these, I selected Orange HRM.
Why Orange HRM: Orange HRM proved to be most efficient and easy to implement application for this purpose.
Configurations: The organization structure has been set as shown below. The complete reporting structure has been set along with the salary details, job titles, job status (contractual/permanent) and other details of the employees.
